Stone

Natural & manufactured stone veneer

Cut stone, ledger and cladding for exterior facades, feature walls, columns and entryways. We carry both natural thin veneer and manufactured stone, and we will tell you honestly which suits the elevation you are cladding — natural holds colour through the stone, manufactured carries its pigment at the surface.

Moulding

Crown, casing, base and window surrounds

Profiles in MDF, finger-jointed softwood, hardwood and PVC, matched to the proportion and period of the house. Ceiling height and existing baseboard set the range before style enters the conversation — a crown that works at nine feet reads as undersized at eleven.

Fluted Materials

Composite fluted & slatted panels

Wood-plastic composite panels with vertical grooves, for soffits, recessed entries, balcony fronts and accent walls. They give the look of timber battens without the rot and refinishing cycle that solid wood goes through in a Lower Mainland winter.

Flooring

Interior flooring

Flooring selected to sit correctly against your trim, stair nosing and transitions rather than fight them. Bring the trim decision and the flooring decision to the same conversation and both get easier.

2cm Tile

Structural 2cm porcelain pavers

At 20 mm, porcelain becomes a slab that carries itself — which unlocks pedestal-set rooftop decks, gravel-set patios and dry-laid walkways. Non-absorbent, never needs sealing, and will not host the moss that porous concrete does.

How to choose

Photos of the elevation

Wide shots in daylight, including whatever the new material has to sit next to — siding, soffit, window frames, existing stone.

Rough dimensions

Square footage for cladding, linear feet for moulding. Approximate is fine at the first conversation — we will confirm before ordering.

The question behind the question

Matching an existing profile, hitting a budget, or getting a specific look? The answer changes which material we would point you toward.

Let's price your project.

Send through your photos and dimensions and we will come back with material options, itemised pricing and a realistic lead time.
