A-Class Moulding ("we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect through it, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to reflect what the site actually does — not a generic template.
The short version
We collect what you type into the quote form, and an anonymous count of how often people click "call" or open the quote page. We set no cookies, run no advertising trackers, and do not use Google Analytics or any similar service. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
What we collect
1. Information you give us
If you submit the quote form, we receive and store:
- Your name and phone number (required)
- Your email address (optional)
- The material category and scope of work you selected
- The project city, if you provide it
- The project details you write in the message field
- The date and time of submission, a reference number, and which page you submitted from
We ask for this so we can quote your project and follow up. Providing it is entirely voluntary — you can call us on 604-551-3595 instead and give us nothing in writing at all.
2. Anonymous interaction counts
When someone clicks a phone number, an email link, or a link to the quote page, we record that the event happened, which page it happened on, and when. That is the entire record. We deliberately do not record IP addresses, device or browser details, location, cookies, advertising identifiers, or anything else that could identify an individual. These counts cannot be linked back to a person, including by us.
3. What we do not collect
- No cookies are set by this website.
- No analytics, advertising, remarketing or social media tracking pixels.
- No account creation, so no passwords are ever handled.
- No payment information — we do not take payment through this website.
Where the information goes
Quote form submissions and interaction counts are sent to a Google Sheet we control, via Google Apps Script. Google acts as our service provider for that storage. Depending on Google's infrastructure, that data may be stored or processed on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, and may therefore be subject to the laws of those countries.
The website itself is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes standard server request logs as part of delivering the site. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to respond to the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records — normally no longer than seven years, consistent with ordinary Canadian business record-keeping. Anonymous interaction counts are aggregate figures with no personal information in them and are kept indefinitely.
Who sees it
Quote requests are seen by A-Class Moulding staff who need them to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for their own purposes. We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you may:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask for a copy of it
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Ask us to delete it
- Withdraw consent to us contacting you

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and sends a Content Security Policy and related security headers. Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — please do not send sensitive personal information such as financial details through the quote form. We would never ask for them there.
Children
This site is aimed at homeowners, builders and trades. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle personal information will be reflected here before they take effect.
