A-Class is a family-run supplier. The person who quotes your job is the person who answers the phone when you call back about it — there is no call centre and no rotating sales desk.
We have spent two decades supplying mouldings and stone to builders and homeowners across the Lower Mainland. Do you supply material only, or do you install as well?
Both. Plenty of our customers are builders and trades who take the material and install it themselves. Homeowners more often want it handled end to end, so we quote supply and installation together. Tell us which you want when you call and the quote will be written that way.
Can I see samples before ordering?
Yes, and we would prefer you did. Stone and moulding both read very differently in daylight against your actual siding than they do in a catalogue. Bring photos of the elevation and rough dimensions and we will pull the relevant samples.
What is included in a quote?
Material, quantity and unit pricing, itemised line by line. Accessory screws, fasteners and freight are quoted separately rather than buried in a single number, so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Custom and non-stocking items are flagged as such on the quote.
How long does material take to arrive?
Lead time depends on whether the item is stocked or a special order, so we confirm it in writing on every quote rather than quoting a general figure here. Ask when you call and we will check current availability for the specific profile you need.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Surrey and serve more than twenty cities across the Lower Mainland, including Delta, Langley, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Abbotsford and Vancouver. Delivery to site can be arranged as part of the quote.
